Are You Ready for Wellness Coaching?

ARE YOU READY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE?

Change can be hard for all of us but with the help of a partner, your wellness coach, you can make changes if you really want to. Look at the 4 stages of change and determine where you are:

  1. I can’t or won’t change.
  2. Maybe I can change.
  3. I am determined to change.
  4. I have already begun to make some changes.

As your wellness coach, I embrace wherever you are personally and work with you from there. Coaching produces results regardless of the stage you are in currently. But we both need to establish where to start your wellness program and plan your next steps.

ASK YOURSELF:

  1. WHY do I want to change my personal wellness? What is my personal motivation for change? For example: For me, my children, a health condition, I want to travel, start a new business, attract my soul-mate?
  2. What keeps me from making a change in my wellness behaviors? For example: Fear, lack of knowledge, I don’t know where to start, I don’t know how to set goals, I don’t know how to monitor my progress? I need an objective, caring and knowledgeable partner to guide me? I don’t know how to form healthy habits? Why have I been unable to change?
  3. What do I need in order for me to be able to overcome being stuck?
